2. Booking and Payment

• All appointments must be scheduled via our website, phone, or email.
• Full or partial payment may be required to secure a booking.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or any method approved on the Site.
• Prices are subject to change without notice but will be honored once a booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows or failure to provide access to the premises at the scheduled time may result in full charge.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to emergencies, weather, or staff availability.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, which may include a re-clean or partial refund, at our discretion.

5. Access and Safety

• Clients must ensure safe and legal access to the premises.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if the working environment poses health or safety risks to our staff.
• Pets should be secured, and all valuables should be safely stored prior to service.

6. Damage and Liability

• While we take great care in our work, accidents may occur.
• Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service or repair/replacement of damaged items, as determined by our insurance provider.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or improperly installed fixtures.
